The Villas by BucknerĀ is a faith-based, nonprofit senior living community with more than 50 years of experience serving Austin seniors. Located on a 25-acre campus, Buckner Villas offers a wide range of residence options, flexible financial options, and a tenured team dedicated to helping residents feel supported, connected, and at home.
The Villas by Buckner offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Assisted Living Select for higher levels of care, and Memory Care.
Independent Living: Flexible dining plan with two dining venues, wellness center including a modern gym and indoor pool, wellness director available, movie theater, vibrant lifestyles programs, reserved parking, resident storage, woodworking/hobby shop, plenty of outdoor areas/greenspace with walking paths.
Flexible dining approach in IL with numerous options daily to support personal choice, AL/MC offers altered dietary options to meet medical needs.
Residents may occupy two different levels of care, yet have every opportunity to visit regularly being on the same campus. Two may reside in Assisted Living together, even if one of them does not require assistance.

Costs vary based on residence type, level of care, and services needed. Independent Living starts at an all-inclusive monthly rate of $3,700, and Assisted Living starts at $4,715.
The Villas by Buckner is part of Buckner Retirement Services, a nonprofit organization. As such, it is our intention that residents have every opportunity to call The Villas by Buckner home for the rest of their lives. After qualifying financially at move-in, residents may request financial assistance in the future if they meet certain criteria.
